Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Specialist located in Gurugram, India. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for identifying and securing real estate properties, assisting with real estate development projects, conducting property viewings, and providing excellent customer service. The specialist will also be involved in sales transactions, negotiating property deals, and ensuring all legal requirements are met. Additionally, they will work closely with clients, offering guidance and support throughout the property acquisition or selling process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Proven Customer Service skills
• Knowledge in Real Estate Development
• Strong Sales experience within the real estate industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with legal regulations in real estate
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field is preferred
