Job Description – Sourcing Manager (Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing activities for HNI clients, luxury brands, and premium residential / commercial projects.
• Manage and drive direct sales and Channel Partner (CP) networks to generate consistent business.
• Formulate and implement effective sourcing and sales strategies aligned with organizational targets.
• Monitor and ensure timely follow-ups, negotiations, and closures across the sales pipeline.
• Oversee the end-to-end booking process, including documentation and collection of booking amounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners, brokers, and key stakeholders.
• Track competitor activities, pricing trends, schemes, and market movements to stay competitive.
• Ensure maximum customer satisfaction through professional engagement and post-booking coordination.
• Mentor and guide sourcing executives to improve productivity and performance.

Experience / Qualifications / Skills

• Education: Minimum Graduate; MBA preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Real Estate sales/sourcing, with exposure to luxury or premium projects.
• Strong understanding of real estate markets, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
• Sound knowledge of area calculations, construction basics, and real estate documentation.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Result-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work under targets while maintaining strict process compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
