Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson located in Gurugram. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and closing sales. Additional responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and mortgages, as well as preparing necessary documentation. The role requires active participation in networking events, staying updated with market trends, and collaborating with the company's marketing team to promote properties.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service skills and experience in real estate or sales
• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Knowledge of Real Property and Real Estate market trends
• Proven Sales skills and the ability to close deals effectively
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM software and real estate databases is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
