Real Estate Salesperson

We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our real estate team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong market knowledge. Freshers passionate about real estate and sales are welcome to apply — full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and online/offline marketing.
• Conduct property visits, negotiate deals, and close transactions.
• Maintain updated knowledge of property listings, pricing trends, and market conditions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with builders, developers, and property owners.
• Prepare and review documents such as agreements, deeds, and lease records.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
• Basic knowledge of real estate trends (training will be provided).
• Proficiency in MS Office and online property portals is a plus.

Education:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, etc.).
• MBA or Real Estate Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
