Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Thane, allowing for both in-office and remote work flexibility. The Real Estate Sales professional will be responsible for engaging with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and facilitating real estate transactions. The role includes identifying potential buyers, showcasing properties, advising clients on market conditions and trends, and ensuring a seamless sales process from start to finish. Collaboration with internal teams and staying updated on industry developments are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License
• Strong skills in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Knowledge of the local real estate market in Thane or surrounding areas is a plus
