Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales professional, located in Pune. In this role, you will manage property listings, negotiate deals, and connect clients with suitable properties based on their requirements. Responsibilities include guiding clients through site visits, addressing their queries, facilitating documentation, and ensuring smooth transaction processes. You will contribute to client satisfaction by offering exceptional customer service and leveraging local market insights to meet client needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Sales expertise and a proven record in achieving sales targets
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build client relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the Pune real estate market is an advantage
• Proficient in using real estate and sales-related tools and resources
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
