Job Opening: Manager, Senior Manager- Real Estate Specialist:

Location: Noida, Sector 136, Uttar Pradesh, India

Job Type: Full-time
Experience: Minimum - 3 year Openings: 6 Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Tuesday Off)

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies in the team to achieve sales.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other lead generation activities.
Conduct market research and training sessions for the team to stay updated on industry trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Present and promote real estate properties to potential buyers and investors through various marketing channels, including property tours, open houses, and digital platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless buying or selling experience.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring all terms and conditions are met to the satisfaction of both parties.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the teams sales activities, client interactions.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3years of experience in real estate sales or any sales industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
