Job Description

Sales Manager has overall jurisdiction of the sales process in a real estate company, overseeing and managing a group of sales agents who have various sales goals but all contribute to the vision of the sales department and encourage customer satisfaction. Sales Managers build the vision of a real estate sales department, plan and execute promotional strategies, manage budgets, manage performance metrics for sales goals, and ensure conformity with internal and external policies.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy and Leadership:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and expand market share.Lead, motivate, and manage the real estate sales team, providing guidance and support to meet individual and team sales targets.Analyze sales trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to optimize sales strategies.Team Management:Recruit, train, and onboard new sales agents.Conduct regular performance reviews, setting clear goals and providing coaching for agents to improve sales skills.Foster a positive team culture through regular communication, team-building activities, and mentorship.
