Real Estate Sales Manager

Position: Sales Manager – Real Estate & Fractional Investments Experience Required: 5–8 Years About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives in real estate, with a strong focus on fractional investment models, second homes, and premium property sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, client relationship management, and delivering revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales of real estate projects, including second homes and fractional investment properties. Manage end-to-end client lifecycle – lead generation, property presentations, negotiations, and closures. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNIs, UHNWIs, investors, and corporate clients. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive positioning. Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns, events, and client engagement activities. Guide and mentor junior sales executives to enhance team performance. Requirements: 5–8 years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in second homes, fractional investments, or luxury property. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Understanding of investor mindset and financial models related to fractional ownership. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
