The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, client relationship management, and delivering revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales of real estate projects, including second homes and fractional investment properties. Manage end-to-end client lifecycle – lead generation, property presentations, negotiations, and closures. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
