Real Estate Sales Executive

Highyield Fortune Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to handle the complete sales process, from pre-sales to closing, with leads provided by our dedicated marketing team. This role will involve working closely with the marketing team to convert quality leads into successful sales for our premium real estate projects in Koregaon Park, Pune. Key Responsibilities: Lead Follow-up & Pre-Sales: Engage with qualified leads provided by the marketing team, assess client needs, and build strong relationships to guide them through the sales process. Property Presentations & Site Visits: Conduct comprehensive property presentations and site visits, highlighting the features and benefits of our premium projects. Negotiation & Deal Closure: Handle negotiations, resolve client objections, and close deals, ensuring terms are favorable for both clients and the company. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and fostering repeat business. Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets set by the company, ensuring maximum revenue generation. Market Intelligence: Keep up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to better serve clients and close deals effectively. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of handling leads from initial engagement to deal closure. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with marketing teams and convert leads into successful sales. In-depth knowledge of the Pune real estate market and current trends. Goal-oriented, professional, and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
