Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused individual to join our real estate sales team. Your key responsibility will be to manage sales strategies, conduct site visits, and help clients identify properties that match their specific needswhether residential or commercial.

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle sales planning and execution for residential and commercial real estate projects
Manage and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers
Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options
Build strong client relationships through consultative selling
Follow up with leads and maintain engagement through the entire sales cycle
Help clients with documentation and post-sales support as needed
6 Month -3 years of experience in real estate sales or related field
Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building client

Desired candidate profile
