ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead Management Ability to handle, categoritherze, and update incoming leads systematically. Follow-Up & Conversion Strong phone and WhatsApp communication Persistent, polite, and persuasive follow-up style Able to handle objections and convert leads into site visits. CRM & Data Entry Experience with CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or Google Sheets Accurate data recording and status updates. Customer Communication Good command over English, Hindi, and local language (Marathi preferred) Drafting WhatsApp messages and emails in a clear, professional tone Basic Tech Skills Excel / Google Sheets WhatsApp Web, Email, Lead Form handling Knowledge of tools like Justdial, MagicBricks, or Facebook lead ads (optional) Time Management & Discipline Daily follow-up tracking Prompt response to inquiries Managing visit scheduling without delay Real Estate Industry Awareness (Preferred) Understanding of BHK formats, pricing per sq. ft., and site visit process Ability to explain project highlights to prospects clearly Team Coordination Reporting lead status to sales/marketing team Handling queries in coordination with the site office PERKS & BENEFITS: Salary + Sales Incentives
