We are seeking a highly experienced and organized Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple real estate construction sites under Jogdhankar Group. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and timely delivery of all site works while managing a team of site engineers, contractors, and vendors. The role demands strong leadership, coordination, and technical skills to ensure each project is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and supervise day-to-day construction activities across all sites. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, architects, and consultants. Prepare and monitor project timelines, work progress reports, and billing schedules. Ensure quality control, material checks, and adherence to approved drawings. Manage labor deployment, contractor performance, and cost control. Conduct regular site visits and review meetings to track progress and resolve issues. Handle site documentation, work orders, purchase approvals, and progress updates. Ensure compliance with RERA, safety norms, and statutory regulations. Report project status, timelines, and budget utilization to management. Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and design departments for smooth project execution. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 10+ years of site management and project coordination experience in residential/commercial projects. Proven experience in multisite handling and team leadership. Strong understanding of construction drawings, RCC, finishing, plumbing, electrical, and interior works. Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, project scheduling, and site documentation. Ability to work independently and take end-to-end ownership of project delivery.
