Job Description

Role Summary

The Sales Manager will lead the sales function for plotted development projects, manage a team of executives/channel partners, and drive revenue through strategic planning, lead conversion, and relationship building. The ideal candidate must have strong sales acumen, experience in plotted or land sales, and the ability to close high-value transactions with investors and end users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies for assigned plotted development projects
  • Handle qualified leads and inquiries from presales, channel partners, online platforms, and walk-ins
  • Conduct site visits, explain project USPs, legal clearances, pricing, and ROI potential
  • Close sales deals and manage end-to-end customer lifecycle: inquiry to registration
  • Build and manage a network of channel partners and real estate consultants
  • Supervise a team of sales executives (if applicable) – drive daily performance, targets, and follow-ups
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasting, and analysis to management
  • Maintain high standards of customer experience, relationship building, and after-sales support
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for events, digital campaigns, and lead feedback
  • Ensure 100% compliance with RERA and other legal/regulatory documentation for customers
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate
  • 3–6 years of real estate sales experience (preferably in plotted/villa/land development)
  • Proven track record of high-ticket deal closures and lead conversion
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong local market knowledge of real estate, investors, and development corridors
  • Proficient in CRM tools, Excel, and online real estate portals
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi

Pay: ₹14,003.83 - ₹45,000.00 per month
