Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area, with some work from home flexibility. As a Real Estate Sales Manager, you will oversee day-to-day sales operations, manage client relationships, facilitate property transactions, and lead a team of real estate agents. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with real estate regulations.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in local real estate market trends
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
