Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive Location: Vasai West Job Summary:The Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, and closing property sales. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills to achieve sales targets and promote the company’s properties effectively. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets. Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives. Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings. Understand clients’ needs and provide suitable property options. Negotiate and close property sales and lease deals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and legal requirements. Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to follow up on leads. Prepare sales reports and maintain client databases. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. Represent the company at property exhibitions, events, and promotional activities. Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. Minimum [X] years of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial/luxury). Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of property market trends and regulations. Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid real estate license (if applicable). Must possess a valid driver’s license and own transport.
