Position OverviewWe are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic professionals to join our sales team as Real Estate Sales Executives & Telesales Executives. The role involves handling client queries, generating leads, conducting site visits, closing sales, and maintaining long-term client relations. Both field sales and telesales responsibilities will be part of the role, with opportunities to grow into senior sales/management positions. Key ResponsibilitiesFor Real Estate Sales ExecutiveGenerate and nurture leads through calls, referrals, networking, and company-provided data. Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable projects. Conduct site visits, explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal formalities. Negotiate deals, close sales, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets. Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat/referral business. Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and new launches. For Telesales ExecutiveMake outbound calls to prospective clients from company databases and marketing campaigns. Explain project details, schedule appointments, and fix site visits for the sales team. Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure conversion. Maintain lead records and update CRM/database regularly. Support the field sales team by generating quality leads. Key Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English). Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-centric mindset. Good knowledge of Noida/NCR real estate market (preferred). Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp Business). Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: Graduate in any stream (MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing preferred). Experience: Sales Executive: 1–4 years in real estate sales or similar field. Telesales Executive: 0–3 years in telesales/telecalling (real estate preferred). Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in real estate are also welcome.
