Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Roles and Responsibility

Generate leads through field visits, online platforms, and referrals to drive business growth.
Conduct client meetings and site visits to showcase properties and explain project details.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closure.
Explain project details, pricing, and legal documentation clearly to clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
Strong knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Must have own bike for daily field travel.
Candidates should possess a degree in 10th Pass, B.A, B.C.A, or B.Com.
