Real Estate Sales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Female Sales Executive to join our growing real estate firm. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in the residential real estate sector, preferably with a builder or developer, and should possess in-depth knowledge of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries and assist potential clients with property visits.
• Provide complete project details including pricing, specifications, and payment plans.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth sales transactions and documentation.
• Stay updated with market trends, project launches, and competitor activities.
• Handle client follow-ups through calls, meetings, and site visits.

Candidate Requirements:

• Only female candidates may apply.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in residential real estate sales, preferably with a builder.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market is preferred.
• Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Should be comfortable with fieldwork and client meetings.

Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month (depending on interview performance, experience, and skills)
