Job Description

Business development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by generating and qualifying leads through cold-calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms. Market expertise: Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitive offerings to provide clients with accurate information and expert advice. Client relations: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, from the initial contact through the closing process and beyond. Property showings: Conduct property viewings, site visits, and open houses for prospective buyers, and provide detailed information about the properties. Sales process management: Guide clients through purchasing or selling properties, negotiate contracts, and facilitate a smooth and seamless transaction process. Sales reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management. Sales goals: Work toward achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets. Promotional activities: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and strategies for properties. Compliance: Ensure that all activities and transactions comply with real estate laws and regulations.
