You will be the face of the company for potential and existing clients, ensuring a smooth and personalized property-buying or leasing experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary contact for all client interactions at our Hennur – Kothanur office. Handle walk-in clients and manage incoming inquiries from digital platforms, social media, and referrals. Schedule and conduct property site visits across Hennur, Kothanur, and surrounding areas. Explain property features, pricing, and benefits clearly to prospective buyers or tenants. Build long-term relationships with clients and assist them throughout the sales or rental process. Collaborate with the sales, legal, and documentation teams to ensure smooth transactions. Maintain and update client details in the CRM system. Conduct follow-ups and provide after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction. Assist with marketing activities such as open houses, local events, and client engagement drives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in real estate, customer service, hospitality, or sales. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada (knowledge of Hindi or Tamil is a bonus). Familiarity with the Hennur–Kothanur real estate market is an advantage.
