Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales for residential and/or commercial properties. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a strong passion for sales in the real estate sector. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, site visits, digital campaigns, etc.). Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits to showcase projects. Maintain strong knowledge of real estate projects, property market trends, and competitor activities. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business. Negotiate and close sales deals effectively to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Assist clients with property documentation, loan processes, and after-sales support. Participate in promotional activities, events, and exhibitions to generate potential customer interest. Provide regular reports on sales activities, inquiries, and closures to management. Requirements & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, banking, or insurance sector. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. Good knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends is an advantage.
