Real Estate Sales Executive secunderabad 2 - 31 years INR 1.8 - 4.2 Lacs P.A. On-site Full Time

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Lead ConversionHandle inbound leads from digital platforms, referrals, and walk-ins. Actively generate new leads through field visits, networking, and cold calls. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable projects. Property Sales & AdvisoryConduct property site visits, presentations, and walkthroughs. Educate buyers on project features, pricing, financing, and legal processes. Negotiate and finalize deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Offline Marketing & BrandingSupport in executing offline marketing campaigns (banners, posters, newspaper ads, pamphlets, etc.). Distribute brochures/pamphlets in targeted localities and communities. Participate in property expos, stalls, and local promotional events. Build visibility for projects through community networking and local presence. Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relations with builders, channel partners, and local brokers. Develop long-term trust with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Sales AdministrationMaintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and conversions. Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and loan support. RequirementsExperience: 1–3 years in real estate sales, brokerage, or related field. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply. Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, Telugu). Negotiation, persuasion, and strong local networking ability. Familiarity with Hyderabad’s real estate market and buyer behavior. Comfortable with both sales and offline marketing activities. Other: Two-wheeler and smartphone required.
