Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Sales Executive to support our real estate sales team through project data collection, telecalling, and lead coordination activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for real estate, and the ability to handle client inquiries professionally while maintaining accurate project data. Key Responsibilities: Project Data Collection: Gather and maintain up-to-date information on ongoing and upcoming real estate projects (builder projects, residential/commercial developments, etc.). Visit or contact builders, developers, and brokers to collect project details such as pricing, amenities, floor plans, and inventory status. Update internal CRM or Excel databases with verified project data. Telecalling & Lead Management: Make outbound calls to potential buyers and sellers to introduce available projects and understand their requirements. Handle inbound inquiries from property portals, social media, and marketing campaigns. Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales team and ensure follow-ups with interested clients. Maintain regular communication with clients for feedback and relationship building. Sales Support: Assist the senior sales team in presenting project details to clients. Coordinate with marketing and site teams for brochures, rate sheets, and promotional materials. Help with negotiation and closing coordination under supervision. Reporting & Coordination: Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads generated, project updates, and call status. Support the management team with market insights, competitor data, and client feedback. Key Skills Required:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Gujarati, Hindi, English). Basic understanding of real estate terms – carpet area, super built-up, payment plans, etc. Strong telecalling and data collection abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools. Good presentation and follow-up skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude. Qualification:Graduate or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or Real Estate (preferred). Experience in real estate, telecalling, or data research will be an advantage. Compensation:Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives (based on lead conversion and performance)
