Real Estate Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities


  • Generate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, and digital platforms.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
  • Conduct property presentations, site tours, and explain project details clearly.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and maintain daily sales reports and update data regularly.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.


Required Skills and Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar field is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented.
