Responsibilities:

Generate leads through cold calling and other outreach methods
Engage potential clients to understand their requirements and preferences
Schedule property viewings and client meetings
Maintain and update the client database with accurate and current information
Follow up with prospects to provide necessary information and support the sales team

Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in telecalling or real estate is a plus
Ability to handle objections and convert leads into appointments
