Search Engine Optimization Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research and optimize property listings, blogs, and website pages for search engines.

• Implement on-page SEO strategies for the website, including meta tags, headings, image optimization, and URLs.

• Plan and execute off-page SEO activities like link-building, directory submissions, and real estate portal optimization.

• Track website analytics and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to create SEO-friendly real estate content.

• Stay updated with Google algorithms, real estate SEO trends, and competitor analysis.

• Optimize local SEO to improve visibility for location-based property searches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in SEO, preferably for real estate or property websites.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
• Understanding of local SEO, Google Maps optimization, and property portals.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Wix, or real estate website platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
