Job Description

1. JOB TIMINGS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Job Responsibilities:  • Cover assigned route maps.  • Contact watchmen for flat listings.  • Share flat details on the official WhatsApp group.  • Show flats to prospective clients.  • Create and manage watchmen broadcast lists.  • Send daily good morning messages.  • Build strong relationships to source more properties for the office. Salary: ₹15,000 per month + incentives (as per performance). 2. PROBATION PERIOD The initial probation period shall be 6 months. During the probation, the employer may terminate employment with 1 month’s notice. 3. SALARY CLAUSE If the employee leaves before completing 2 months, the salary for 1 month will not be paid by the company. This is a professional business; training school has not yet started. 4. UNIFORM POLICY Wearing the company-provided uniform T-shirt is compulsory during working hours. If the employee leaves the job, the uniform cost will be deducted from the salary. 5. ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUALITY All employees must report to duty by 10:00 AM sharp. Frequent late arrivals or unauthorized absences may lead to salary deductions or disciplinary action. 6. USE OF COMPANY RESOURCES All company resources must be used strictly for official work. Any misuse or damage will be charged to the employee. 7. NON-COMPETE CLAUSE The employee shall not work with any competitors during employment and for 3 months after leaving the company. 8. PERFORMANCE REVIEW Monthly performance reviews will be conducted during the probation period. Based on performance, the employer may:  • Revise incentives,  • Extend probation, or  • Terminate employment. 9. REPORTING AND DOCUMENTATION Daily updates on property leads and watchmen interactions must be shared on the official WhatsApp group. All client visits must be properly documented and reported to the office. 10. INCENTIVE STRUCTURE Incentives will be provided based on performance, including:  • ₹X for each flat sourced.  • ₹Y for each successful client visit or deal closure.  • Bonuses for exceeding targets. 11. MISCONDUCT OR VIOLATION Theft, dishonesty, refusal to follow instructions, or misbehavior may result in immediate termination without notice or salary. 12. LEGAL COMPLIANCE The employee agrees to comply with all applicable laws and workplace rules. 13. POST-EMPLOYMENT RESTRICTIONS After termination of employment, the employee shall not:  • Start their own business in the same real estate field for a period of 6 months.  • Join any competitor or similar business for 12 months.  • Use or share client contacts or confidential business data acquired during employment. Violation of this clause will result in legal action. 14. WORK SCHEDULE & WEEKLY OFFS The employee is entitled to one weekly off. If the employee takes more than 4 weekly offs in a month, double salary deduction will apply for excess leaves unless approved in advance. 15. MOBILE PHONE USAGE Use of personal mobile phones during duty hours is strictly prohibited. All communication with clients must be done via official channels only. 16. CLIENT INFORMATION CONFIDENTIALITY Sharing of personal phone numbers or contact details with any client is strictly prohibited. All communication and client visits must be reported with proper WhatsApp backup and follow-up. 17. DRESS CODE Wearing office wear or uniform is compulsory during duty hours and client meetings. 18. DAILY REPORTING A daily route plan must be submitted each morning. A summary of client visits and follow-ups must be submitted daily on WhatsApp. 19. DISCIPLINE & CONDUCT Employee is expected to maintain professional behaviour, punctuality, and loyalty. Misconduct, repeated underperformance, or violation of any rule may lead to salary deductions or termination without prior notice. 20. COMPANY POLICY The company may add, remove, or update any policy or rules as per business needs. All employees will be informed and are expected to comply accordingly. 21. MONTHLY BUSINESS TARGET The employee must achieve a minimum monthly target of ₹40,000 in business/revenue. Performance will be reviewed monthly. Continued failure to meet targets without justification may result in warnings or termination. AGREEMENT CONFIRMATION
