SALES EXECUTIVE

Location - Chalholi , Pune

Experiance - 2 to 3 Years

REAL ESTATE / CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY SALES ONLY-

• Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
• Identify and generate new leads through various channels like networking, cold calling, and online marketing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Conduct property viewings and site visits to showcase properties and answer client questions.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Sales and Negotiation:
• Present properties to potential buyers, highlighting their features and benefits.
• Negotiate property prices and terms of sale with buyers and sellers.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.
• Close sales deals and finalize transactions.
• Market Knowledge and Analysis:
• Stay updated on current market trends, property values, and real estate laws.
• Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and analyze competitor activity.
• Provide clients with market insights and property evaluations.
• Sales Management and Reporting:
• Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Prepare and submit sales reports to management, detailing sales activity and performance.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
