Job Description

We are seeking a driven and professional individual to join our Commercial Real Estate team, specializing in office leasing and sales. The role involves sourcing, negotiating, and closing transactions with corporate clients, investors, and property owners across commercial office spaces. Key Responsibilities: Source and identify leasing and sales opportunities in commercial office real estate. Build and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, investors, and corporate clients. Conduct market research, site visits, and property inspections. Prepare proposals, lease agreements, and sales documentation. Negotiate lease terms and pricing with landlords and tenants. Maintain a database of properties, tenants, and prospects. Meet monthly/quarterly sales and leasing targets. Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitive activity. Qualifications: Minimum 12 th Pass degree in any field, Real Estate, or a related field. Proven experience in commercial real estate leasing/sales preferred. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients/projects. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Local market knowledge is an added advantage
