Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation and Prospecting:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided database to introduce properties, projects, and services.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries from interested clients.
• Engage with prospects to understand their property requirements, budget, and preferences.
• Qualify leads to determine their readiness to purchase or invest.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build rapport and establish a positive relationship with clients over the phone.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about property listings, including features, benefits, pricing, and location.
• Address client questions, concerns, and objections in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Schedule and coordinate property viewings and meetings with the sales team.
• Sales Support and Administration:
• Maintain and update customer information, call records, and sales progress in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Follow up with leads regularly to keep them engaged and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Assist the sales team by providing pre-sales support and ensuring a smooth transition of qualified leads.
• Prepare and submit daily or weekly reports on call outcomes, lead conversion rates, and other key metrics.
• Market and Product Knowledge:
• Stay informed about current and upcoming real estate projects and market trends.
• Have a deep and thorough knowledge of the properties being promoted, including floor plans, amenities, and legal documentation.
• Continuously update knowledge on competitor activities and offerings.
