Real Estate Sales Consultant

You will be joining our team as a Real Estate Sales Consultant, where you will play a crucial role in generating leads, engaging potential buyers, presenting real estate projects, and closing sales. Your responsibilities will include understanding client needs, suggesting suitable property options, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. - Engage with prospective clients through various channels like cold calling, site visits, and follow-ups. - Understand client requirements and provide suitable property or investment options. - Effectively present ongoing and upcoming real estate projects to clients. - Build strong relationships with clients to foster repeat and referral business. - Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and client interactions. - Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for seamless client transactions. - Stay informed about market trends, project developments, and competitor activities. - Participate in promotional activities, property exhibitions, and events as necessary. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred). - Demonstrated experience in real estate sales or similar customer-facing roles. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle clients professionally and deliver excellent customer service. - Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. - Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours if needed.
