💼 Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales & Business Development Manager with strong market intelligence and deep knowledge of the Gurugram real estate landscape. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling clients end-to-end, arranging property visits, negotiating terms, closing deals, and ensuring maximum sales for the company. You will represent the brand to clients and oversee daily sales operations efficiently. 🛠 Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development - Generate high-quality leads through various channels – digital campaigns, field networking, referrals, channel partners etc. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales conversions. Conduct market research to track new property launches, pricing trends, competition and demand in Gurugram. Client Handling & Relationship Management - Manage incoming prospects, guide them with property options, and maintain consistent follow-up. Arrange and conduct site/office visits with clients, provide property details and highlight value propositions. Build trust-based relationships with clients to ensure a seamless sales process. Handle client negotiations, objections, and deal closures professionally. Maintain long-term rapport with existing and potential customers for repeat & referral business. Deal & Process Management - Prepare required documentation, agreements, booking forms and coordinate with internal teams. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets with strong conversion rates. Maintain CRM data, lead reports, weekly forecasts and sales trackers. Office Management & CoordinationEnsure smooth operations of the office including client meetings, coordination with staff and day-to-day administration. Work closely with marketing teams to plan promotions, campaigns, and property exposure. Train and support junior sales executives when required. 🎯 Required Skills & Experience Minimum 2–5+ years of real estate sales experience (preferably luxury/high-value residential or commercial) Deep knowledge of Gurugram real estate market, sectors, top developers, pricing trends and upcoming projects. Strong negotiation, convincing and sales closure skills. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of achieving high sales targets and conversions. Ability to manage client expectations and deliver exceptional service experience.
