Job Description

Job Summary: We are hiring a motivated Telecaller for lead generation and cold calling in the real estate sector. The main responsibility is to make outbound calls to potential customers, generate quality leads, create client interest in property projects, and schedule site visits for the sales team. The ideal candidate must be confident, persuasive, and comfortable making high-volume calls daily. Key Responsibilities: Conduct cold calling to prospective clients from the provided database. Generate quality leads for residential/commercial projects. Explain property features, pricing, location, and benefits clearly over the phone. Maintain follow-ups with interested customers and convert leads to appointments. Schedule site visits and share details with the sales team. Maintain call logs, lead sheets, and daily/weekly reporting. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling & lead generation targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: ✔ Strong communication and convincing ability ✔ Must be comfortable with cold calling & follow-ups ✔ Positive attitude and target-driven mindset ✔ Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp) ✔ Prior experience in real estate telecalling or lead generation is preferred but not mandatory ✔ Ability to deliver results under pressure Salary & Benefits: 💰 Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives 🎯 Performance-based growth opportunities 📈 Training and development provided
