As a Real Estate Sales Executive, your role involves connecting buyers with properties, building lasting client relationships, and guiding customers through real estate transactions. Your responsibilities will include: - Prospecting and generating leads through networking, marketing, and referrals - Understanding client requirements and suggesting suitable properties - Scheduling property viewings and conducting site visits - Negotiating deals and closing sales - Maintaining a strong database of leads, listings, and client interactions - Staying up to date with real estate market trends, laws, and developments - Coordinating with legal, financial, and other professionals during the sale/purchase process - Preparing and managing sales documentation and agreements - Providing after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction To excel in this role, you should possess: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities - Sales-driven mindset with a customer-focused approach - Good knowledge of the local property market - Self-motivation, organization, and goal orientation - Tech-savviness with CRM tools, online listings, real estate apps, etc. Qualifications required for this position: - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate is a plus) - Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales environment (2 years preferred) - Valid real estate license or certification (as per regional laws) - Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations Additionally, you should have a valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, and be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Please note that fluency in English and Hindi is preferred for this role. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person work.
