Position Overview

We are seeking experienced and motivated real estate sales agents who are passionate about real estate and thrive in a results-driven environment. Key Responsibilities

• Represent buyers, sellers, and investors in real estate transactions with professionalism and expertise.
• Source and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
• Prepare and present property listings, offers, and contracts.
• Stay informed about local market trends, financing options, and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to support company growth and client satisfaction.

Qualification:

• Languages: English/ Hindi/ Bengali
• Strong knowledge of local market dynamics and pricing strategies.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to client service.
