Job Summary:

Real Estate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of real estate sales agents.

• Set individual and team performance goals and monitor progress regularly.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for improvement.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Track and analyze sales data to forecast trends and improve performance.

Client Management:

• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and investors.

• Assist clients with property selection, negotiations, and closing procedures.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Reporting:

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and team productivity.

• Present sales updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant laws and company policies.

• Maintain accurate and updated records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Real Estate sales.
• Ability to lead high-performing teams under pressure.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies for real estate.
