Job Summary

The Property Relationship Executive will be responsible for identifying quality properties, scouting potential buyers and sellers, and building trusted relationships with clients and real estate agencies. The role involves coordinating property visits, maintaining accurate lead records, and ensuring smooth communication between all parties until deal closure. The ideal candidate should be proactive, personable, and keen to learn the finer aspects of property transactions and client servicing. This position offers excellent exposure to real estate operations and an opportunity to grow within Expatserv’s expanding property management and advisory business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scout for residential and investment properties across Trivandrum and nearby areas based on client requirements.
  • Build and maintain a network of property owners, developers, and local real estate agents.
  • Identify potential buyers, tenants, and investors through active outreach and relationship building.
  • Coordinate property inspections, client visits, and site evaluations.
  • Gather and maintain accurate data on property listings, leads, and deal status using internal systems.
  • Assist in negotiation, documentation, and follow-up during property transactions.
  • Ensure that every client interaction reflects professionalism, transparency, and trust — the hallmark of Expatserv.
  • Collaborate closely with the Expatserv back-office team for documentation, compliance, and after-sale support.

Job Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in property and client relations.
  • Good communicative English (spoken and written) and fluency in Malayalam for local coordination.
  • High level of common sense, initiative, and the ability to work independently on field assignments.
  • Basic computer literacy (email, Word, Excel, Google Sheets) for reporting and data maintenance.
  • Prior exposure (up to 1–2 years) in property, sales, or client-facing roles preferred — freshers with enthusiasm and confidence are welcome.
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving licence preferred for local property visits.
  • Educational background is flexible — professionalism, reliability, and people skills are what matter most.

Remuneration

Attractive fixed pay with performance-based incentives linked to successful property transactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
