Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position in Gurgaon for a Real Estate Portfolio Executive. The role involves managing real estate portfolios, building and maintaining business relationships, and analyzing market trends to make informed recommendations. The executive will oversee portfolio strategies, ensure goals are achieved, and contribute to finance-related decision-making while collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Portfolio Management and Business Relationship Management
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Finance
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
• Proven experience in real estate, portfolio management, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred
