Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Investment Specialist based in Gurugram. The Real Estate Investment Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and identifying real estate investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and managing investments. Daily tasks include evaluating market trends, assessing property values, liaising with developers and clients, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The specialist will work closely with the team to develop investment strategies and deliver optimal ROI for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Estate Investment
• Proficiency in conducting Due Diligence and understanding Investments
• Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate market opportunities and trends
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record in real estate investment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
