As a Business Development Executive at RNR Infra, your main role will involve building contacts with potential clients to generate new business opportunities. You will need to effectively communicate property details to customers and establish RNR Infra as a reputable brand by upholding service standards according to company policies. Cultivating strong relationships with clients and maintaining connections with channel partners via various communication channels like in-person meetings, telephone calls, and emails will play a vital role in this position. Your responsibilities will include: - Following up with potential customers to explore new business prospects - Conducting need analysis with clients - Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers - Closing sales by submitting all necessary documents to the seller It is crucial to grasp the core values and goals of the company as you will be required to provide sales activity reports to top management, focusing on current performance and future goals. Developing sales strategies, setting and working towards targets, managing key customer accounts, and analyzing sales figures for reporting purposes will also fall under your purview. Moreover, you will be in charge of contacting clients and arranging meetings when necessary.
