Real Estate Consultant

As a Business Development Executive at RNR Infra, your primary responsibility will be to build contacts with potential clients in order to create new business opportunities. You will be expected to explain the properties to customers and develop RNR Infra as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies. Building a good working relationship with clients and maintaining relationships with channel partners through various communication channels such as in-person meetings, telephone calls, and emails will be crucial in this role. You will be required to follow up with potential customers to prospect for new business, conduct need analysis with clients, facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, and ultimately close sales by submitting all relevant documents to the seller. Understanding the core values of the company and its goals is essential, as you will be expected to report on sales activities to top management with a focus on current performance and future benchmarks. Developing sales strategies, visualizing and working towards set targets, dealing with major customer accounts, tracking, collating, and interpreting sales figures for reporting purposes will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for calling and fixing meetings with clients as required. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location will be in person.,
