Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in Indore G.P.O. As a Real Estate Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with property buying, selling, and leasing processes. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property market analysis, negotiating deals, generating leads, and maintaining client relationships. Additionally, you will provide expert advice on property investments and guide clients through compliance requirements as part of the real estate transaction process. Qualifications Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property transactions, with a strong understanding of market trends and property valuation Proven skills in Sales and Negotiation, including the ability to close deals efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction Experience in Training, guiding clients, and coaching team members on real estate processes and compliance Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently and work well with a team Knowledge of local real estate markets in Indore and relevant regulations Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
