As a Real Estate Consultant at Obsedeum Realty, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing expert advice to clients in the residential and commercial real estate markets. Your primary responsibility will be to guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process while fostering long-term relationships. You will be expected to identify client needs and offer tailored real estate solutions to drive sales effectively. By developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction. Staying informed about real estate trends and opportunities through market research will be essential to advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements related to real estate transactions. Collaborating with internal marketing and sales teams, you will contribute to developing property listings and client acquisition strategies. Additionally, you will manage and lead the negotiation process for real estate transactions, ensuring smooth and successful deals. Your role will also involve providing end-to-end support for international and NRI clients, guaranteeing seamless transactions and exceptional service. To excel in this role, you must have a proven track record as a Real Estate Consultant with 4-5 years of experience in sales. In-depth knowledge of local real estate markets and property laws, strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders are crucial. Excellent communication and presentation skills, self-motivation, and a results-driven approach are also essential qualities. A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred for this position. Experience in working with CRM tools and sales management systems will be beneficial.
