To excel in this role, you must have a proven track record as a Real Estate Consultant with 4-5 years of experience in sales. In-depth knowledge of local real estate markets and property laws, strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders are crucial. Excellent communication and presentation skills, self-motivation, and a results-driven approach are also essential qualities. A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred for this position. Experience in working with CRM tools and sales management systems will be beneficial.
