Job Title: Real Estate Tie-Up Consultants

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to handle real estate project tie-ups and maintain an active, impactful presence on social media. The role combines business development Skills and content creation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Real Estate Tie-Ups & Partnerships

• Identify and approach builders, developers, channel partners, and brokers for business partnerships.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners to ensure consistent deal flow.
• Conduct regular market research to identify new real estate projects and partnership opportunities.
• Represent the company at site visits, events, and meetings to build brand presence.

2. Social Media Management

• Create, plan, and publish engaging content related to real estate listings, market updates, property insights, client testimonials, and brand announcements.
• Manage the company’s presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
• Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and lead generation through digital platforms.
• Handle daily posting, reels, stories, and property walk-through videos.
• Respond to inquiries and messages from clients and partners across social platforms.
• Track analytics and generate monthly reports on growth, reach, and performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Any fields.
• Experience in real estate or business development is preferred. However, freshers with strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude are also welcome.”
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to create engaging content (basic video editing/photoshop skills are a plus).
• Good understanding of real estate market trends.
• Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable with both online and on-ground activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
