Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant based in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Consultant will assist clients in navigating property purchase and investment processes, provide personalized consulting services, and represent customers in property transactions. Responsibilities include identifying potential properties, negotiating deals, arranging property viewings, and building strong client relationships. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to offer credible market insights and tailored solutions to meet clients needs.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Real Estate, Real Property, and market trends
• Exceptional Sales and Negotiation skills to broker favorable deals
• Ability to provide Training and effectively communicate real estate processes to clients
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency in local market knowledge is highly preferred
