Position Overview: We are seeking experienced and motivated Real Estate Consultants / Agents to join our expanding real estate network. This is a commission-based role designed for professionals passionate about property sales, client servicing, and business development. Consultants will act as trusted advisors, connecting buyers, sellers, and investors with high-value real estate opportunities through Astra’s portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and engage potential clients for property sales, purchases, and investments. Build and maintain a strong client database and relationship network. Present and promote Astra’s property listings, real estate projects, and investment opportunities. Conduct property visits, client meetings, and negotiations to close successful deals. Collaborate with developers, channel partners, and investors to identify profitable opportunities. Maintain compliance with company policies, ethical sales practices, and market regulations. Provide clients with market insights, investment returns, and property advisory support. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline); preference for candidates with a background in business, real estate, or finance. Proven experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or property consulting preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Good knowledge of local real estate markets and emerging investment zones.
