Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Real Estate Channel Sourcing Manager located in Pune. The role involves managing day-to-day sourcing activities, developing marketing strategies for real estate projects, analyzing market trends, and building relationships with developers and partners. The Manager will also oversee channel management and ensure effective promotion of projects. Qualifications Market Research, Data Analysis, and Marketing Strategy skills Minimum 2 Year experience in real estate channel sales. Experience in real estate project marketing and channel management Strong negotiation and relationship building skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Knowledge of the real estate market trends in Pune Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
