Position Overview

Real Estate Associate

fieldwork and office responsibilities

You’ll play a key role in managing property visits, maintaining records, following up with clients, and representing Serenity Sites professionally in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 

  site visits

   with prospective clients and provide end-to-end assistance during the property exploration process
• Schedule and attend 

  meetings with builders and developers

   to stay updated on new projects, inventory, and pricing
• Make 

  outbound calls

   to potential leads and maintain active follow-ups to generate conversions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date 

  data records in Excel

  , including lead status, site visit reports, and client requirements
• Support with daily 

  field tasks

  , including property inspections, client coordination, and documentation pickups
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure a smooth and professional client experience from inquiry to closing

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any stream

   (B.A., B.Com., BBA, B.Sc., etc.)

• Freshers are welcome

   to apply – full training and support will be provided
• Candidates with prior experience in real estate or customer service will be given preference
• Must be open to learning, punctual, and comfortable with field activities in Delhi-NCR

• The candidate must have his/her own means of conveyance

   for travel across 

  Delhi-NCR

   for client meetings and site visits

Training & Onboarding

• Selected candidates will undergo a 

  15-day structured training program

• During this period, 

  50% of the salary

   will be paid as a training stipend

• Full salary

   will be applicable after successful completion of training and formal onboarding
• The training will include site visit handling, builder coordination, client communication, and data management

Remuneration

• Monthly salary range: 

  ₹12,000 – ₹15,000

  , depending on qualifications and performance during training
• Additional 

  performance-based incentives

   and bonuses on

  successful sales and conversions
